Highlights

• I was head of two independent schools (both not-for-profit) for 22 years. 
• I have been Chair/President of Lesley University Board, the New York State Association of Independent Schools, The Headmasters’ Association and the Country Day School Headmasters Association. 
• I served on TIAA-CREF Board for 12 years and worked on Personnel Policy and Corporate Governance Committees.  
• I currently am co-chair of the Capital Campaign for Bay Chamber Concerts in Rockport, Maine. In addition, I chair the Development Committee for the Theatre Development Fund and am on the New York Board of Teach for America. 
• I served as President for 8 years and continue as a consultant in Resource Group 175, a firm made up of 5 principals, all of whom work in areas of executive searches, strategic planning and governance. In this work, I completed a variety of executive searches and provided nonprofit consulting services to a wide variety of Boards of Trustees.
